the staff were friendly and cute, though! that's a plus.
the room service was just awful. they messed up my order, then took forever to fix it. it was a total waste of my time and money, honestly.

the food was good. i did find a nice selection with tasty options. the reef was close by the hotel and one of the best i seen.
i noticed some staff weren't friendly at all.
